  13.     This contents of this archive will update a working installation of
  14.     HydraBBS V1.04 to V1.05.
  15.  
  16.     This release updates the protocol doors to check if a user
  17.     on another node is uploading the same file.
  18.  
  19.     Also it fixes the problem (hopefully!) of the new user door stopping
  20.     and the account editor not finding the new user.
  21.  
  22.     It also adds a MakeFreeDL door.
